I purchased axles from NAPA about a month ago, the driver side one seems to be defective, spitting out all the grease from the inner cv joint at the clamp area and its also not sealing well with the tranny.
i returned the core an everything, got my $ back, but now NAPA is having real trouble finding another axle to exchange for me. My question is, if they allow me to return the defective axle, are they supposed to give me back another core charge or something seeing as they would have 2 axles and i would have none? or am i forced to swallow the core charge cost elsewhere, anyone know how this work? I had to deal with this before with autozone. They pretty much refunded me the money I paid for the axle and let me keep the one they sold me as the core.
