my car has always made some funky noise ever since i got it 2 years ago and it always still ran find so i never cared but i figured i should do something about it before it gets worse.

problem 1: im guessing this is really common with cars because i hear alot of cars with this problem. its the skipping noise from somewhere behind the wheel. i keep hearing this annoying skipping noise from somewhere around the brakepads. the "che-che-che-che-che" noise

problem 2: many times when im accelerating, whether im pounding the accelerator or just driving normally, i would hear a really awful noise from the engine bay that i could only describe as what would sound like metal in a blender. it happens at a certain pressure point of the accelleration pedal. if i keep the pressure at the exact spot, i can keep hearing the blending metal. doesnt sound healthy at all. i showed a friend and asked her if it sounded like metal being blended and she said it did.

The first problem, i had something similar and that was the stabiliser link had come lose from the shock absorber, got that replaced and the noise dissappeared. The second problem i only get after taking my foot off the pedal after accelerating quite hard, no idea what it is either.

since your car is Auto, you can pop the hood, and gas it to that point and hold the brake and have someone else attempt to find the noise. from the side of course

I also have a noise when I de-accelerate, a kind of rattle noise, im quite sure it could just be the throw out bearing needs to be re-oiled but a rather expensive process if your clutch isnt old.

do you know what side is the noise well feel lightly the rotor and see if is hotter maybe is a frozen caliper i mean bad.or check behind the rotor the brake dust metal and see if is hitting the rotor or maybe the bearing are worn.

for problem 1, the noise is from the 2 front wheel area.

and for problem 2 now that u guys mention it i guess its more of a metallic rattling.

Problem number 2 could just be your knock coming from your head. As you accelerate it gets louder right? Does it sound like you are rolling in a wrx?

i;ve never heard a wrx roll so im not sure. but a few people are saying its probably bearings or something. maybe i should start there. what should i do to fix the bearings or something?
