I want to degrease/clean my engine bay and make it sparkle...however i would like some tips and advice before i do so.

I know i need to stay away from the electrical components and need to cover the alt, starter, electrical connections

any advice before i get down and dirty?

Keep the car running, or well thats what i did when i degreased my bay. Other than that you already know what to stay away from. So happy cleaing smile.gif

i bagged the electrics use a good degreeser and hose on trickle not blasting it then hours of autosol and wire brush in a drill paint a few thing and add panels
and finally a good polish on the paint work and a lot of cuts and grazes lol biggrin.gif
