I know this may be a dumb question to ask but here it is. How do you take off the engine valve cover off my 99 Celica GT? I looked for bolts that may be holding it down, but nothing there.

I believe (someone correct me if i'm wrong) they are located under the plug wires. I think you might have to pull your plugs aswell. Regardless, take one of your plug wires off and look at the surface, you will see a really big bolt. If you use the search function I know someone stated the size of it. -------------------- |

That's exactly what I was thinking. But I've never seen a valve cover like that before. Usually there's 4 or 6 bolts around the cover that's holding it down. I guess that's what makes our car unique!

pull off the spark plug wires and you'll see 4 big black thingys
