Got this car a couple months ago, it's my first so don't hate on the ****ty rims. It's a '97 but only has 67k miles on it, and everything is more or less in pretty good condition.

I'm definite, unless the dealership lied.
And it definitely is, I'm really happy with it...it doesn't even have any blemishes inside, no scratches/dent anywhere, save for a small one by the fan control knob. Only has minor scratches on the bumper and right fender, but they're bothe negligible. |

Really? Then it might be a GT...what are the differences between that model year ST and GT? I know the hubcaps aren't original, since the tires and rims were brand new.

most likely it is b/c there is no emblem on the back right...that's where the "gt" badge is on our cars. Look under the hood and there should be a piece of paper on the bottom of it that says the engine's code... either 7afe (st) or 5sfe(gt).

97 was the last year they offered the ST model. after that they changed some of the standard options on the GT like the front strut bar.
