personally i'd rather have an is300. RWD and it's a damn good looking lexus. what more can i say? i almost sold my celi for one a few months back but i just couldn't justify it. so instead i bought an old pickup. not a good decision. lol
i do like the TC though. this is just the best looking one i've seen so far so i thought i'd share. wink.gif

I've got a 2005 tC as well as my 94 GT. The tC is very poorly built in comparison. I've got about 25 K on my tC and it rattles more than my 1994 Celica with 280,000 miles on it. Very sad to see the quality go down. The motor also seems raspy and doesn't seem to run as smooth as the 5SFE. Handling wise, I feel like I'm sitting up higher. Overall, I'd rather drive my Celica any day. Plus the d@mn air conditioning reeks in the tC!

yeah the only downside is paying premium for gas. ugh lexus sucks ass. when i had my 00' celica gt-s, i paid 60$ for gas every week because i had to go to work and CS. it was painful because i wasn't making much lol. i guess ill look more into the lexus is300 if i can get the beams swap. im still researching on whether or not a 3sge (japan version) can replace the damn v6. anyone know?

not bad, the kits a bit much for me but not distastfull, I never realized how big they are for a small car, parked my celica next to one a few week ago and was just puzzled at there size. the 6th gens are small i guess.

I thought they made a JDM version called the Altezza which was a 2.0L turbo...

it wasn't a turbo. it was the 2.0 blacktop beams 3sge but it was attached to a 6 spd tranny. i still want to get an IS but they are too much money. i would totally rebadge it to an altezza.
