I'm trying to compare which engine to put in my second celica. I love the 3s in my other one right now and it does great but i have a V6 sitting in my garage and was wondering from the few who have done it what is it like compared to the 3s>

Taken from your thread: (click here). Please explain.

"FS: 1994 V-6 turbo 5 speed GT"

QUOTE (robdrummer @ Oct 27, 2007 - 11:54 PM) *
This is JUST being used to see how much i can sell it for and maybe if i like the price i will let it go but we'll see...

It is a 1994 Celica GT 5 Speed with 200,000 miles on the body. as far as the body is concerned there is no rust or dings i have just had it all redone with paper work in hand. hopefully i will have updated photo's but as i just got a new computer i don't have much tranfered over. check profile for old pics of the car it is the black one.

the engine is a 3vz 3.0 v-6 with a ct26 turbo with all new clutch and exhaust, this engine was originally going in a MR2 but as some know owning 2 celica's a fiero and 2 subaru's insurance on a 6th car sucks...

let me know anything else...

^ hahaha

Snap, I should find the link on the subaru boards where he was telling people that he build daves orange celica from the ground up by himself (he bought it the way it is) and how it has over 400hp and is converted to awd.

I dont know whats wrong with Mr Drummer, but he does like to lie a lot about his car. My only question is why?

FINALLY!!!!!

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1419043

Me & Art have been holding this in a LONG LONG TIME.

it's an authentic stamped and serial plated veilside, the engine is a all trac carlos sanz edition with the awd conversion. anybody who thinks it is rice clearly has no idea what rice is. go look at a primer'd civic for that!

QUOTE
this car took from 99-07 to build and i still have some small idea's for it. thanks to everyone who supports and doesn't judge.

Took 8 years to build huh. I'm sure it did, YOU JUST DIDNT DO IT!. Looks the same as when you bought it, already swapped, no RC motor, no AWD conversion.

QUOTE
This Celica was given to me by the grace of god. It started out in life as a simple 2.2L L4 5 speed. What was basic and simple grew to become a 450Hp super car that not only has the speed but the looks as well. Because of what it grew into this car is no longer used in any sort of road rally or race. It is now my weekend car...

450hp supercar?

QUOTE (TRD_RTC;20590738)
i got that clip at a real steal, the 3rd gens were far to much for me at the time but i do wish it did that swap instead. this car is just a weekend car that i take out a couple times a year to car shows. i wanted something crazy so i don't care about the cops pulling me over. i find it more fun because i never speed in it. the paint was way to much to go speeding around all the time

I figure if it has the AWD conversion you would certainly have posted in your own 6GC forum first, no?

it's a little secret for the 6gc kids, dave is a master mind of toyota's and i'm sure u no if he still had it he would have done a awd eventually

I tried getting pics of that damn V6 swap but nobody on this forum wants to call anybody out on bullsh!t.

Its one thing to BS on other forums about your car, its another to falsely advertise it for sale here as he did. Management will be looking into this.

havent logged onto this site in forever... but reminds me of a funny story...

I ordered pizza about 2-3 weeks ago and my garage was open and the kid was like omgs an alltrac blah blah, some kid with a orange AWD 94-99 car comes in all the time... all he talks about is how he swapped awd in and put a fully built 20k dollar race motor... pretty much described dg's old car...

Saddest thing is when I see the car getting abused up and down 25mph roads where I live seeing him driving 65mph...

cool supra tails btw!!!!!

Little kids these days. Don't know when to grow up. They try too hard to be "cool". And what happens? It backfires on them. Serves you right kid. Serves you damn right.

I just wonder if he's going to "man up" and try to explain himself, or run and hide.
