If I were to swap my doors (power windows) for manual windows, would that reduce weight?
The reason for me asking is because my driver side window motor just went out..
and I found a set of manual doors for free that just so happen to be in perfect condition.

Also is there any other problems that Im going run into, I know that I will have to move the mirror switch, but thats all I know of.

It might reduce a little weight, but only in that the rails weigh a little more with the motors that without. If you decide to go ahead and do it though, I'm actually swapping from manual to power, so I've got all the parts you'll need for the manual windows (and locks) if you need anything (including door cards and eventually the mirror switch, although I haven't wired in the new one yet so I'm still currently using mine.)

It's pretty straight forward, you shouldn't run into any problems though.

Light-weighted version of 5th gen Celica has manual windows (no sunroof, no A/C, etc...).
