Also i'd prefer if the power was lower as its right up at the limit and with the long gears its hard to be on the power all the time.

Well I can easily source you a nice 5S if you want power down low my friend - we'll trade even swap ok laugh.gif [J/p obviously]
Damn! that Levin was nice too. What happened to her?

Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them.
Slow down Paul Walker.

I sold the Levin to move up the insurance ladder (from 1.6 to 2.0). Next will be 2.0 Turbo. lots of different 2ltr Turbos to choose from. I dont think i'll ever go past 2ltr. Always trying to move to bigger and better things. insurance is a joke in Ireland.

This was the spec on the Levin:

1.6 4A-GE 20 Valve VVT Blacktop
C160 6 Speed box with L.S.D
Super Strut suspension
Bomex Front bumper, Rear lip and Side skirts
17" Racing Hart CR
KYB shocks and springs
T.M.Works powered earth kit
Ultiv spark plug cord
NGK-R Laser Platinum spark plugs
TRD triple bar strut brace
TRD Racing Devolpment rocker cover
TRD gold oil cap
TRD 1.3 bar radiator cap
HKS Super Power Flow induction kit with cold air feed
5zigen 4-2-1 stainless manifold
5zigen Cannon ball stainless exhaust system
Stainless Decat pipe
SARD magnetic sump nut
19 row Oil Cooler and Oil Filter relocation kit
Celica GT4 Recaro SR3 reclining buckets (Le Mans pattern)
Kenwood double din cd & mini disc player
JBL 6/9 speakers (300 watts)
Nardi Torino steering wheel (colour coded)
Interior colour coded
Toyota clear side repeaters
Footwells lighting green (when doors open)
Flame beater fire extinguisher attached to passenger sill
Isotta pedals
Air con & all the other BZR extras

There are more pics of it in my bebo page http://Ronan_Glynn.bebo.com

here is a video of it on the Dyno (bad camera phone quality)

Nice - what'd it put down?
I'm glad insurance doesn't go by displacement here - my friend would be in trouble with his 6.0l.

if i told my insurance company that i wanted to insure a 6ltr they'd just hang up the phone biggrin.gif

Toyota say they're 165bhp standard but thats a well none exaggeration. plus they're ment to be run on japanese 100 octane.
on Irish 95 octane they're only about 145-150bhp standard. Mine made 158.5bhp and 127ftlbs

The diff oil cooler came standard on UKDM versions. But yes it goes sideways very easy as they came standard with a L.S.D as well. The standard diff isnt great but it does the job, especially in the wet.

comes with a viscous diff, if im not mistaken (their only good for 100,000km)
and the diff cooler is justfins (air cooling)
what kind of boost & boost control is he using?
we're just installing the new HKS EVC v5 in my brothers KS S14

Viscous are fine for a few minutes but once the oil heats up and the pressure drops they perform just like an open diff.
I know they're air cooled but what i was saying is the air cools the oil.

He is running at 1.0bar with a simple bleed valve for the time being
