Anybody see last nights episode? Why on Earth did they compare a Mercedes AMG with a Camaro. Two completely different auto segments, two completely different worlds. Sometimes I just don't understand why they do things.

And that's where the similarity stops. I just hate the idea of comparing a Mercedes, and obviously upper-class car, with an AMG badge, against an American muscle car. German luxury is the echelon of automobiles.Even Clarkson loses the idea of the Camaro. It's a MUSCLE car, not an elegant saloon. It's supposed to be in your face, brash, and powerful.

I just watched ep 3. I was hoping for an epic challenge where they travel to some far off country and do something crazy. The north pole and vietnam episodes were my faves.

Best Top Gear Ever tonight......The new Bugatti Veyron blasts the new top speed for a production car by alot of MPH. They get Tom Cruise & Cameron Diaz in the reasonably priced car and a good film about Ayrton Senna...brilliant.
