Im just a bit curious but Is there a difference between a 3S-FE's Head and a 5S-FE's head, the 5S-FE is supposed to be a stroked version of the 3S-FE but when looking at a 3S-FE the valve cover and other components look different from a 5S-FE's and most forums list the 3S-FE as having more HP and being able to rev higher, I suppose since its a smaller Displacment it would be able to rev higher but would that alone give it more HP?

Not sure, the 3sfe was found in the camry before 92 and those engines are more economical than stronger.
