Weatherstripping (Weather Stripping) Options

Hello all,

I'm contemplating changing the weatherstripping on the hatchback.
I was wondering what folks here have used before.

I was thinking about trying this

has anyone used it before?

I know I can order OEM from toyota for about $50....but was just curious if anyone had used anything else.
