Venezuela $0.11/Gallon from 2008 Iran $0.42 as of 2008 Saudi Arabia $0.42 as of 2008 still pretty darn cheap Poor Sierra Leone at $18.43/Gal from 2008, Norway $10.33/Gal, etc. -------------------- |

Just to clarify :
Egypt doesn't have that much oil availble. So its not really an oil-rich Country. Prices are low because it is supported by Government Funding. |
