So i have my 4age in hand..Ive read that the 7afe tranny will bolt right up to my 4age.
My concerns.. Is this pretty much a plug & play swap..electronically speaking? Will the mounting points concern me at all ? What is the exact stock hp on a 4age ? [im seeing quite a few dif numbers] Can i still use my aftermarket 7afe header on my 4age ? Thanks for any help =] -------------------- |

1. Definitely not plug and play, you need a full wiring conversion: http://www.phoenixtuning.com/
2. Mounting points are the same. 3. Which version of the 4AGE is it? 4. It's possible that the 7A header will fit, yes. Also you're going to need a power steering reservoir and a new high pressure line (and feed lines), and custom a/c lines if you want a/c. -Doc -------------------- -Dr Tweak, 6GC's resident engine swap wiring expert extraordinaire Click here to see my swaps drtweak@phoenixtuning.com |

My uncle is the lead tech at a chevy dealership.. Is this a swap that he "should" be able to handle.. Or is the electronicals pretty hard to get right ? -------------------- |
