WTB: 95 GT parts car for $500'ish Options

Hey all, i have a 95 ST and just had my rear brakes go out So rather than just replace the breaks, i figure now would be a good time to do rear disk convirsion.. and then some...

so Im looking for a 95 GT car that has rear disk/ suspention in good condition, for the x-fer...

there are a number of other randome parts that i would need out of the car hence why im looking for a doner car rather than just the parts needed for the convirsion... but if you have the parts for the conversion, i would be up for that too...

Looking to buy from the D.C. or Western MD area, I have access to a fat bed trailer so i would be abe to pick-up on site... but the car must be able to roll on...

preferably i would like the car to be a black on black MT (might do that convirsion wile im at it as well)

Dont care about frame damage etc.. as long as the rear end is ok... Looking to spend no more than $500...
