Ok, so I went to the Dyno last night....and I forgot a disk to take home the runfiles. Stevenson will be going back to the Dyno shop on tuesday to pick them up, because the shop is about 10 minutes from his house. So for now, I will just type in the numbers until I can post up the Chart.

16.7psi---------288whp and 252ftlbs
18.5psi---------315whp and 289ftlbs
21.0psi---------330whp and 309ftlbs

As I have said MANY times in the past and in this thread......The CT20B will in fact make more power above 18psi using 93 octane and WI, and it did. I had 0 knock at these boost levels, and I monitored them through the use of Detonation cans, that I built the morning of the dyno. Everyone who thought differently didn't know, and were just repeating what they had heard, and it becomes telephone, and after enough people start repeating it, false statements become facts, and then after a while it seems to be etched in stone, and never bothered with again.....Same goes for this situation, there WAS no real life experiences with a GEN3 and boost levels beyond 17psi with WI on 93 octane. I was willing to be proven wrong, but that's just it......PROVEN....not discouraged not to try. And when I got to the dyno, I had one goal, and that was to monitor knock.....And there was NONE. The car was just as happy at 12psi as it was at 21. Remember, this is a totally stock GEN3 3sgte swap with simple bolt-ons. Bolt ons being Intake, exhaust, FCD, and Water Injection. I am very pleased how this went, and as I said before, I will post up the chart at a later time, when me and Stevenson meet up again. GEN3 FTW

HAHAHAHHA, I was waiting for someone to bring up the cam gears, saying thats the only reason I made that kind of power LOLOLOL. Your right. I have the Cam gears installed straight up (in the same location as stock cam gears), so there is DEFINITELY quite a bit more power to pull out of it. My goal last night was to lock down the FCD, and monitor knock as I turned the boost up. So my next trip to the dyno will be adjusting the cam gears.

I also want to due a few pulls on the Dyno the next time I go back with the WI unplugged and start all over from 16psi. I want to do this for 2 reasons. One being I want to see how much power the WI added due to its intercooling effect, and 2 at what PSI I start to see knock...so I know how far (if any) I am relying on the WI for knock protection.

The Dyno is VERYYYYYYYYY addicting.
