All right, what creates this difference in hp between the JDM which is 265 hp and Europe 242 hp?
Can it be easily changed to have both at same spec? -------------------- |

The figures i've seen are 239 UK , 251 JDM.
And as above the timing is more advanced as in Japan they run 99 Octane fuel. standard is 95 in UK. (but different rating system to US octane) -------------------- |

All right so basically if i get one or the other and then mod it... there wont be any ''real'' differences right?
Here we run 94 (in Canada) -------------------- |

No big difference, no. The ECU will 'learn' to run optimum settings. All good because if i can find a LHD GT-Four i'll buy it for sure. No one will ever get one of these in Montreal... And here comes the sponsorships -------------------- |

the UKs have an EGR valve, rear fog, and some JDM don't have air bags (earlier st205s).

ide just like to add that the australian deliveries were all the WRC models, they are badged Group A Rallye.
ALL have the raiser blocks in the rear spoiler, the intercooler spray bar, water injection, anti lag, bonnet spoiler, headlight washer sprays, air bag, abs, leather interior, egr valve, fog lights, sunroof (only 17 of the 77 aus delivered had a sunroof,l mine is one of them). The ecu is the 180kw version (255 bhp in the old money). -------------------- ST205 Group A Rallye GT-Four, #61 of 77............600hp GT3582r

Does the EDM spec celica have the "auto-climate control" like the JDM specs? Or are they the manual types like the USDM and other regions.
