hi people new to this site
have recently purchased a intercooler kit wondered if anyone knows wat i do with the charge cooler coolent pipes can i just block them off? also i had it all fitted but didnt seem to boost fully wondered where im going wrong any ideas? |

you need to completly remove the charge cooler and all its system, eg heat exchanger, pump, lines etc.
then you put in your fmic, if your still using the stock ecu you will need to do a bit of soldering, you cut the plug off the pump and put some resister inline, i think the drawing is on www.st205.net or www.gt4dc.net, something like those, if you cant find it i have it here and can email to you. dont let the pump run dry, if you just take the pump out it will give a error code on stock ecu and possibly put you into limp mode without looking or at least seeing a pic of your setup its pretty well impossible to diagnose, but at a guess ide say it could be leaking boost (eg intercooler piping) or wastegate stuck open/not closing properly. -------------------- ST205 Group A Rallye GT-Four, #61 of 77............600hp GT3582r
