with 400 dollars, no matter what you do, its gonna have very little return


with that amount of money i would just work at making it look cleaner, or save up more towards getting an engine swap

btw, you dont use bondo on polyurethane

You gotta figure ANY car you buy used is gonna cost you another 1k just to get it running the way it should, whether it be brakes, engine stuff, fluids, whatever. The first thing I ALWAYS do with a car is get it running right before I start dumping money into bells and whistles. Your best bet is to take that $400 and follow Pressure's advice.

ya theirs no reason for advanced timing except for the fact that it lowers you mpg because of dumping more in.
