So i got my package in the mail 2day from matt with my pacesetter headers and with my nology wires. The wires have a "capacitor" ground strap. My question is, where do i mount these ground straps??

never hadthem but my best reccomendation is to the head. im not sure on the celicas but on my other car you can mount the strap to the valve cover bolts. (rest the strap on the hole, but the gasket on, put the valve cover on, place the bolt thought the valve cover, gasket, then the strap and into the head) hope this gives you some ideas... maybe another member has them...

got my head fixed for cheap..so i got it cleaned up nicely. Plus im gonna keep it N/A, insurance for me is already a problem, dont need to be payin more for a car i can barely afford.

Manny, i paid $210 CND for the wires and a set of pacesetter headers, and the only wires i can get up here are crappy bosch wires that rip when u try n pull them out. I wanted to go with somethin with a thicker core and i could have bought these ones used, or keep rippin wires, or spend $186 CND for a new set of Nologys.
