ok so a few months ago i noticed that my clutch pedal would randomly lose pressure and not comeback up from the floor when shifting. i didnt do anythign about it and it got worse to the point where i had to drive a certain way (stomp the pedal slightly harder and faster) so that it didnt stick. so now its really bad and i actually find myself driving with no left shoe on so i could use my toes to pull the pedal back up. tongue.gif

i was told it was the master cylinder that was bad so i ordered one and i should be here tommorw. but does anyone else have this problem or a deffinate solution? thanx ppl

oh n sorry if this is a repost cuz the only other thread like this i found was from 2005 and had no answer

You are on the right track. You might also want to change the slave cylinder while you are at it. They both tend to go at roughly the same time.

Change the slave cylinder.
this happen to me a while back .the clutch pedal dropped to the floor , sooner or later i got the clutch replaced and the slave as well

thanks i just replaced both of them (master and slave) and no more sticking! feels like a brand new car!................. well, new clutch maybe biggrin.gif
