Would the GT4 hood fit on the St204 with it being stock?

Search "gt4 hood" in the title using the advanced search and you'll find all the info you need including part numbers, diagrams and historic prices. Do a search. This topic has been discussed countless times. There will be a ugly gap between the hood and bumper if you put it on with the stock 204 bumper. Plus as noted above, there are several additional pieces you will need to buy for the hood as well.
