Why do my threads show up like this when I click on them?
 How can I change it? When I browse the forums at home they show up "normally". HELP! -------------------- |

top right - Options menu. underneath the Add reply button

what randomly causes this?

I think this often happens when you navigate to the forums from an indexed search result on Google that points to the linear view mode.
I've attempted to remove that view logic before, but it's pretty complex code. Maybe I'll give it another go, because I see this happen all the time. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
