check all ignition components, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, fuel pump. Computer box is usually at the tail end of all this if all don't succeed if not also sensors. Do an OBD test on your car, its pretty accurate since you have a pre ODBII car.

Did you check your distributor cap and rotor? Maybe they are all done for and need changing. Maybe your distributor is going bad. You have a 94 so the coil is internally in the distributor itself. First do a compelete tune-up. change your ignition components with oem stuff. ie spark plugs, wires, cap an rotor. Its not a fuel issue, if you're not getting spark. It was a good idea for you to change out your fuel filter, but ignitor? They rarely go bad. I believe your distributor is going on you.

If you have no spark, check to see if the coil is getting voltage sent to it.
If it is getting 12V, the coil is bad, if not either the ignitor, ECU or wiring is bad, or the ECU isn't seeing the engine turning over [bad dist or wiring].

just unhook the Neg cable and pull the 3 plugs on the back of the ecu and take out the 10mm nuts holding the ecu in.

when it turns over, try holding the gas pedal for like a minute, if this works culprit might be your idle control valve. clean it!
