I'm seeking permission to officially offer my carbon fiber wrapping services to the 6GC community. I know there's not a sponsorship program or anything here that I've seen, so I'm wondering if you're going to allow me to advertise via threads showing parts I've done, estimate pricing for guys, ect. I don't want to do anything to get in trouble but just me posting what I've done for my own car has generated some interest already.

we like to have people ask permission just for the purpose of trying to weed out shady sellers.
good luck!

Pretty small, pretty big. Smallest I've tried so far is a 6GC upper dash vent from the Passengers side, with no luck (was trying to wrap each spear in the vent). Still trying to attack that one. biggrin.gif Got a set of Corvette interior door handles coming a guy wants done and those should be a snap.

Big............how big of a part are you thinking?

Negatory. The ONLY way I could see doing a hood and doing it right is with a vacuum mold. I wouldn't even think about laying carbon fiber on a metal piece like that because one dent, and it just don't look right.

Yeah, the center console could be done. that would be a toughie, but it's plenty doable.

When you say door inserts, are you saying the handle bezels? What about the ash tray top, want that done too?? How about the air vents from the dash, those panels too?

For everything, given time and effort involved, I'd say $400 plus return shipping. Just be forewarned that it will be at a bare minimum of a two week turnaround. It's time consuming. What color would you want also?
