Im thinking of goin classic on my car and either putting deep dish NARDI -or- a personal steering wheel...
BUT, Im having a hecka hard time to find the hub on ebay and my local areas.. is there a specific model # or another brand either than works bell or NRG that I have to search?? all I need is just info in what to do in order to get myself a quick release steering hub.. it would be pretty tight to have one of those for one of my mods.. got the idea?? just imagine.. ^_^ -------------------- |

Well, say goodbye to your airbags, and remember you'll have to do a lot of rewiring for your horn to work.
My buddy just installed one of these in his civic. They feel nice, but tend to get squirrely. The quick release is pretty pointless in my opinion, you'll never bother taking off your steering wheel... those are only needed for cars that you literally climb into... As for hubs, be sure to find one before you buy and install the steering wheel. They're completely necessary. -TC -------------------- Live your life for yourself. i can vouch for that just cant figure how to get my horn to work with it tho those steering wheel and or hubs should come with those rings(contactpoints) for the horn where you connect(solder?) the horn wires to. you basically need to ground one wire and and the other connected to the horn button so when you press the horn button it creates a static that makes the horn sound, lol damn it cant explain it clear enough haha ive been awake for 19 hours sorry lol.. and for the person thats looking for the hubs try NRG(.com?) for the hub, they also come with the hub lock but the downside is all NRG hublock comes with the same key! lol so if i have the same hub lock as you i can go ahead and take your lock off with my set of keys and drive off with your car using my steering wheel... -------------------- |
