EDIT: funny comment removed.
(dont want anyone being offended by the outrageous though of our cars having appeal and members of the opposite sex being attracted to us) rolleyes.gif

Aww, come on! Put the funny comment back on! Or at least PM it to me biggrin.gif I like the thought of my car having appeal. Lol.

Ok, seriously, I know this doesn't belong in this thread... Ah, never mind. I won't thread jack.

This is the Japanese translation... I don't think Celica has a Kanji character(s)

This is Serika in Katakana

SE - RI - KA

This is Serika in Hiragana:

SE - RI - KA

Toyota in Katakana:

TO - YO - TA

Toyota in Hiragana:

TO - YO - TA

I got another one. This one isn't any particular language, it's just my own interpretation of the word "Celica."

Slowica.

It doesn't really apply to you GT4 guys, or really anybody's car but my own. But I frequently refer to mine as the Slowica.

As we are an international bunch of people who love our Celicas, I was wondering how you write 'Celica' in a different language.

To start off I found this link:
http://csymbol.com/female/celica.html

Please please please please don't use that! That's such a pretty and feminine name for "Celica"! It has nothing to do with being powerful or fast or whatsoever!

Cantonese: 司力架 (See-Lig-Gah), with "Lig" meaning powerful
China (Mandarin): 赛利卡 (Chai-Lee-Ka), with "Chai" meaning competition

I donno how Taiwanese people call it though...
