QUOTE "All you people that buy all your Toyotas and send that money to Japan, you know, when you don't have a job to make your Toyota car payment, don't come crying to me," Welch says in the ad. "All those cars are rice ready. They're not road ready." yahoo news article: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081209/ap_on_...s/angry_auto_ad I think its pretty funny. |

He said the government should offer tax incentives for consumers to buy new cars rather than spend money bailing out Ford, General Motors and Chrysler

I thought your country was known for its gun violence? Why has nobody shot this idiot yet? That would not the the country, that would be Texas, New York, Jersey, and parts of Cali... The rest of the country is more or less doing away with guns. Texas Government is collecting them and handing them out free with every purchase of a liter or more of Jack Daniels However; Half the cowboy red-necks here would agree with said moron in the article. But it's totaly true that Toyota, Honda, Nissan (ect) generate tons of jobs right here at home. And with better money management skills; the employes of these fine establishments (and employees of Honda) can look foward to a company that will not drown itself makind stupid decisions. Employes of these "import" automakes (whom are making cars right here in the USDM) can have peice of mind knowing that they will not have to rely on gov't handouts to feed their familys tommorow. The "Big-3" dug their own holes (and i agree with you Dan) now they need to lay in it. (BTW previous post about taking our moneys anyway, was funny as hell) -------------------- QUOTE (presure2 @ Nov 6, 2010 - 6:16 AM) Via FB: fcuking awsome!!! D-man FTW! Damn D-Man - most impressive. That's ok. When we don't have a job, we will just apply at the New Toyota Factory when they build another in the USA. LOL jk.
I agree with Obama when he says it's the fault of the American Car Companies that were not focusing on fuel efficient vehicles. Toyota stopped their sporty cars to produce more fuel efficient vehicles (An advantage the Japanese had over American car companies as far as economic usage), and more affordable I might add. He is not going to let them disappear from USA, but they will have to agree to produce more fuel efficient vehicles and be smarter with the tax payers money this time. -------------------- 91 MR2 Turbo SW20, 92 MR2 Turbo SW20, 95 Celica GT ST204

Wow, what a douche. I can't believe he got on theer and said that, and STILL managed to sell anything else. Not just that, but sold cars BECAUSE he said that. That guy is an ignorant racist, and clearly his customers are just as bad.

^ Lol i hope your not serious. this is why i said it Lexusis the luxury vehicle division of Japanese automaker Toyota Motor Corporation. First introduced in the United States, where Lexus has become the highest-selling make of luxury cars, today Lexus brand name vehicles are available throughout the world. In 2005, the Lexus marque launched in Japan, marking the continued global expansion of the luxury division. The Acura brand has been used in the US, Canada, and Hong Kong since March 1986 to market Honda's performance vehicles and near-performance vehicles. Infiniti is the luxury car division of Japanese automaker Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Infiniti sales officially started in November 8, 1989 in North America and its global operations have since grown to include Mexico, the Middle East, South Korea, Taiwan, Russia, China & Ukraine. Today, the Infiniti global network includes more than 230 dealers in 15 countries. all though i should refrase the are division of their companies.
