I got this info from a technician at Toyota of Plano.

1) Make sure the red LED button is sticking out
2) Put the key in the door's keyhole
3) Twist the key to Lock, then to Unlock, then to Lock, then to Unlock
4) Open the door, get in the car
5) Put the key in the ignition, turn the key to the On position
6) Push the red LED button in
7) (not 100% clear on this) The LED button should turn solid red (or you may have to press it a few times until it is solid red?). When it is solid red, the alarm system will be completely bypassed.

Last night at Wal-Mart my Securikey keyfob stopped working properly, and due to the security system only allowing you to unlock the car the same way it was locked, it treated my attempt to unlock the door as a theft attempt. I got a ride home, got this info when I called, and I was driving my car in less than a minute.

3. Turn ignition key on. (not start!!!! just on position)
4. Press and release the led valet switch to the on (in) position.
