Hey guys. Was doing my turbo build over the past week...and was working on the car during the rain on one of the days... i think the Bulb of the HID might have gotten wet. I turn my headlights on, an the center of the bulb. the sphere will spark an attempt to light, but the bulbs will not illuminate. any ways to fix this? or is there a site that sells replacement bulbs only?
thanks everyone -------------------- |

You can acquire both of them on ebay for relatively cheap. This post has been edited by Rayme: Feb 2, 2009 - 5:36 PM -------------------- -Rémy 02 SiR, 08 250R |

start playing around and swapping between bulbs, ballasts, etc. Guarantee it is one or the other.

I recently had this problem. Ended up having to take out the ballasts and put in original h1 bulbs for my projectors because a ballast went out (after checking wires, ballasts, and bulbs). Also, I had a blown fuse which came about eventually from messing around with the actual harness and installing it backwards just to see if I can get the blown head light to work. So now I am running stock until the guy who sold me them gets back to me. I want another set just to have in the car, but I am not going to buy if this guy doesn't contact me by Friday, which I did mention in the message "Agree to send me extra ballast, I will purchase a new set, you include that one ballast replacement, and then I send you bad ballast". Simple.

If it's the bulbs, I saw replacements for around $25 on eBay
