I see the how to guide for HIDs for the head lights. Now my question is, for projectors, am I going to replace anything on them? For instance, that rubber piece behind the projector?

Also, the main question is putting HIDs on ST205 fogs. I see two sets of wires, one that clips to whatever switch source, and another that goes into the housing, and then another that goes to the bulb (sorry, 3 I guess). Since the HIDs come with a piece that is supposed to secure the back end and protect the bulb, so I replace it with that plastic housing piece? I have never did this before and want to get things in order to get this job done as safely, correctly, and as quick as possible. I have all day Saturday to burn and a little of Sunday. I wanted to prepare it all before I take apart my bumper to install my reinforcement bar.

Thanks, and again, I am so sorry for posting this stuff. Mods, after the answer is present, if it isn't necessary to keep this, I understand if you would like to delete it. But I really need to get this done this weekend.

Oh ok, I was ready to jump on this. I had converted to projectors by creating a 9006 harness to H1 harness pretty legit. and there are difficulties with fog wiring, you have to pull off the negative wire connected to the inside metal housing, that is your ground, since the HID bulbs are not metal they do not create a ground as do stock bulbs do so you have to connect these wires straight to your factory harness instead of the normal positive wire. I had trouble with the harness from the 96-99 fogs so I used it from my 94-95 ones.

Hey thanks. Yeah my friend got it. It is just that he breaks stuff all the time and so I didn't want to deal with it. But we ended up getting it. LOL
