I just got a set of used JDM rain visors, but they didn't come with any instructions, do I just "slip"the clips over the black seal type thing around our windows?
I'll obviously have to redo the 2 sided sticky tape as these were clearly used.

But for anyone who has/had these; is the installation pretty basic and I'm just being a boob, or what?

you got it right, just slip the clips under the black rubber sealed around the windows, I can take a few shots tomorrow if that helps.

That would be awesome, thanks Culp!! Hey are your visors BLACK? The ones I got are VERY transparent so I started tinting them tonight to help "blacken" them up a bit.

Where do I buy fresh "padded" double sided tape from?

it just hangs over the weatherstripping and doublesided tape thats all - mines been holding for over two years. You might come into one problem with the clips - let me know if you do or do not, that'll tell me something about my car. I had to take one clip off on the pass side.

Thanks Shig; you answered one of my Questions with this picture... I wanted to know which end "Toyota" was supposed to be at... lol!

I have to try and remove the old sticky stuff from the visors before I can put them on my car... does GOO GONE handle this thicker stuff??

Will do man! I'm hoping to have this done sometime next week.

Just so you know bud, no clips were harmed in the mounting of the new visors... so what do you think is wrong with your car then?

You want power but have no money. That's a problem.

Cheap. Reliable. Fast. Pick two.
