Hey all, I plan on upgrading my brake lines with stoptec ss lines just wanted to know if anybody here has them installed in their car. Is is worth the money or are they the same as the ebay ss brake lines ??

steel braided brake lines work better than rubber lines because Rubber lines expand when you press the brakes. When the lines expand, the amount of pressure to activate your brakes wont be as strong.

Sooo... with that said, steel lines prevent that expansion which allows maximum pressure to activate your brakes. I have steel braided lines on my car and i noticed a stiffer brake pedal and waaayy faster response from my brakes.

if you can afford them, they are a great upgrade to the car, and makes it a bit safer to drive. you will notice a difference IMMIDIATELY
