How do I get off my existing washer nozzles on my 95 GT so I can put these LED ones in?

the stock celica ones should jsut be clipped in there, so you'll ahve to pinch the bottom of them, and push them up through the hood. as far as wiring goes, just wire them up to a switch, or the parking lights or w/e...or do like i did, and cut the wires off, and paint them gunmetal.

Heh, agreed. Washer nozzles are for Honda Civic drivers that are "pimpin hard" and 40 year old SUV drivers going through a mid life crisis.

Gotta agree, don't spoil your car with something as tacky as led washers,
1) Everyone has them so they're not unusual 2) They cost cheap and look cheap 3) they're almost as tacky as the flashing Toyota badge doing the rounds Use the cash you would have spent on them to brighten up ya engine bay or somethin else as rewarding , Jon |

Yeah, I thought about it and you're right. Although I do like neons...I have footwells and am getting undercar ones. I spose that's enough draw on my battery without some dumb LEDs.
Soo.... Anyone wanna buy some LED Washer Nozzles? 3 bucks for both! LOL And on the topic of getting pulled over...I can't have that happen or I will get license suspended for 6 months to a year....all over one stupid speeding ticket on my permit. Grrr! Wednesday I take my license test. And about neons...I have the footwells on at night all the time, just because it doesn't look like anything from outside the car....just looks neat when you're drving. You don't even notice they're on when looking from the outside, unless you're standing right outside the window looking down. And undercar ones will only be on when parked....well most of the time. Well is it ok if I just cut the wire off or something? The previous owner of my car put them in, and I am really ignorant in these matters. I've been trying to get them off, just see the wires go down into a well and say screw it.

ok i have them on my car> i got them cause my old nozzles got so clogged it didn't spray any more. I don't have them on i just use them as washer nozzles. I think they look good when they aren;t on cause they are the same color as the lettering on my celica. but then again my car is black and eveything goes with black.

yea i got pulled over for having them but soon after i had to disconnect the wires. Now i use them as ordinary washer nozzles...hey its beats the black stock nozzles
and in case ur wondering how to install it...just pop out or original ones put in the new ones and in my case i ran the wires along the side of the engine down to the sidemarkers, so whenever i turned those on the LED washer nozzles came on -------------------- |

yeah, i'd have to say no to LED washers, and an even bigger no to LED exhaust, that is the worst of all. About undercar neons though...first i think they look really good, but about legalities...I heard that in some places it is only illegal to see the source of neons, so the bulb, so technically if the bulbs are under your car and not visible, they are legal. it is legal to see the light (like when it hits the ground) but no the bulb. but i would check where you are to make sure on this. I was surprised to hear that though, i thought they were illegal in all states to have on while driving .

i have switches to all my lights, they are all inside and easily accesible. one for the undercar neons, one for the led's, one for the interior blacklights, and one for the tv.
