I've been told by several people that the 4 prong deal is just a gimmick and doesn't actually amount to sh1t

but whatever ill prolly be flamed but i know what iv done and seen

Bosch +4's are the absolute worst spark plugs to put in a Toyota engine.
I actually had an issue back when they first came out on a 3S-GTE

Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them.

electricity, like water and people, takes the path of least resistance. Only one prong fires at time, regardless of other optional spark points. They only help prevent misfires, and if your not misfiring then you dont really need those plugs. Also they aren't really gapable.

i agree with manny

i dont have a 5s, but even on the ::shudders:: 2g 4g63 keeping that damn head down was always a pain under high boost - from what ive seen, heard, read, and experianced, i can see the 5s semi safely throwing down 330hp x 350ftlbs on stock internals given that its tunned correctly and the driver has respect for what it is. most people take the 5s route to keep from breaking the bank while still having a fun ride. unloading thousands for pistons, rods, stand alones, etc is somewhat pointless on a solid platform as the 5s seems to be - especially when you dont plan on having a $40,000 celica that makes 400+whp

funny that a linux user talks about 4 prong spark plugs... thats more of a microslut idea laugh.gif
