thought some of you guys would get a kick out of this. other than the ref's kinda screwing it up, last nights UFC fights were pretty decent!

Randy Couture is not the UFC Champion, Brock Lesnar is. He presented the belt to the wrong guy.

I still admire Randy Couture a lot more than I'll ever respect Lesnar, and even the fight, when you look at the size difference, the age difference, you know what will be the output, Randy couture still gave him a good fight, and is a sportsman than Lesnar, will ever be.

Don't get me wrong, Lesnar is a great fighter, but that's all about him, he's too cocky and thinks he is the best ever, sometimes I wish Anderson Silva would go up in weight like he did once before, and show Lesnar how to fight.

Well, if you look at Randy Coture's mma record, he had a title fight in his 4th fight too. Both Lesnar and Couture won their first title fight. Sure Brock is cocky, but there's people who are way worse than he is.

I think if you are good enough you deserve a shot at the tittle on your first fight, I don't care about how young your professional career is, if you're good enough go for it.

There are always worst people out there, that doesn't mean I'm gonna like him because he's less cocky than someone else.

Best one out there to my eyes is Anderson Silva ( yes Difference weight class ), he beats the hell out of his oponents but never disrespect them, he's humble, and discipline, that's somethign to admire on a sportman on any sport, anywhere. I think " IF " Lesnar learns this he'll be a better fighter too, he's arogancy may one day interfere with his performance. Remember when they say, fight with your head not with your muscles.

Anderson Silva is phenomenal, not only in his fighting but also in his class. If you watch old Tito Ortiz fights, he would walk away from opponents who were coming to shake his hand, flip off his opponents, wear disrespectful shirts, etc. I think that makes anything Brock has done look rather minor.

and that's why I didn't like tito either, A rod, Kobi.. the list goes on.

all great athletes but their personality sucks and that affects their performance.
