So I have been spending alot of time scrolling through the buying/selling section lately and am getting tired of having to scroll through pages and pages of WTB stuff when I just want to look through the FS stuff.

Anybody else??

I think it would be pretty easy to change the forum from one combined, into two seperate forums.

Just my thoughts on things...

Hmm this is a good point. A lot of the other sites out there have the classified section divided into several groups such as Cars for Sale, Parts for Sale, Parts Wanted, Vendors.

this isnt gonna happen. there is not enough traffic. besides chris isnt around enough to make it happen anyway.

if chris ever does anything like that, its gonna be to add a vendors section.

I personally think it's a terrible idea anyway. I've been on several sites that have it set up this way and it just makes it harder when your setting up your own FS or WTB to see that someone may already be looking or selling what it is you are looking for. I can't think of one single logical benefit to this change anyway.

With our enforced rule about having to put "FS" or "WTB" at the beginning of the topic header it's very easy to scroll past unwanted threads to find the one you are looking for

I don't think they should be seperate, but I think it would be a nice addition to have the ability to sort by just FS or just WTB.

^ yeah like a filter thats just on the page 'view only: WTB' or 'view only: FS' or 'view all'

but for the most part, i don't think there is enough traffic to warrant such change, especially with Coomer hardly around.

Eh... I like them just as they are. That's just my opinion. I mean, I've noticed I'll see somebody post a WTB thread then the next guy will come right along and post a FS thread for the exact same thing because nobody is reading anything like they should, but I don't think that separating the two would solve that. However, I do think that Manny should do what he did in the OT section and make an official sticky's sticky because there's a hundred of those now.

seperate would be alot better if there were more people active on here.. like manny said theres not enough traffic.. for every FS there is a WTB so theres really no point in changing things.. its fine if u ask me. now if there were 1,000 diff people on here all the time.. then yea seperate, but its cool the way things are since there isnt much traffic
