I just bought a 1999 Toyota Celica GT with 74,000 Miles and I am looking to upgrade the motor. Where would be the best place to get a turbo kit for the 5SFE

They discontinued that unreliable turbo kit a long time ago. Your best bet is to piece the kit your self. Check out mr2oc.com if you need parts. A high horspower reliable kit built by YOU will be around 5000. But you CAN cut corners and do one for 1500. I advise you to read and learn from other.

YOU GOTTA PAY TO PLAY

94 Celica st black DD (bad weather beater)- totaled deer
95 Celica gt silver- chassis sold
88 Celica All-Trac (Burned to a crisp)
94 Celica gt white (sold)

In need of a rust free chassis!!!!

You can call Burien Toyota to see if they still have any stock left, but I believe they stopped selling them a long long long time ago. It wasn't so much that they were unreliable - as I don't think there is anyone on here with that kit that could testify to that claim - but it is just built weird. There is no intercooler, it just runs straight from the turbo to the intake.

Build one yourself, or swap in a 3S-GTE.

I'm not really an asshole, but I play one on the internet.
