well my buddy has a 1800 honda...its a nice bike...looks kinda like a harley....but anyway lets cut to the chase. he wanted a "custom" paint job, first was silver with green flames, then was green with white flames...then copper, and he finially set his mind (2-tone copper/yellow flip flop with custom pearlessent..let me just say in person it looks f-in badass...espically when the light hits it. first is the orange basecoat wich just looks like a flat orange, then the yellowish pearlessent is sprayed on to give it the color changing scheme in the light...then everything is wet sanded, taped for flames and a racing checkerboard, sprayed again, and then outlined with an air brush to make the flames look as if they are poping out of the metal...pretty sweet design...i havent seen anything like this on a bike before...but heres some pics...i'll put up some more of the flames and the checkerboard taped up and what not.

i dig that orange. thumbsup.gif the flames will be a nice accent too, but checkerboard...? confused.gif i'm not gonna judge it until i see it.
