Does anyone know who makes 50 state legal headers for 94 celica st??? And how much they usally go for? I need to buy some ASAP!!!!!

man it honestly just depends on the emission laws for your state... because in kentucky we don't have emission laws. some places have them, some don't

u live in california, so unless the header has a C.A.R.B. # on it it wnt pass emissions, u prob wnt find any legal for CA. cause we have a precat in our headers and aftermarket headers dnt.

I'm curious if you could just put 2 CAT's in the exhaust system when you replace the header. I guess I would get ahold of a good exhaust shop and talk to them about it. They should be able to help you out.

the smog laws in ca. specificaly say any form of exhaust moddification is illegal. unless u have a buddy at a smog shop u can pay off.

well if you had a GT with the 5S-FE, you could swap in the Headers from a 97-01 Camry or Solara with the heat shield and Pre-cat and get a minor boost in performance with probably no Emission problems. but since you own a ST with the 7A-FE theres nothing really on the market for you, at least to pass emissions in CA.
