ok so my left headlamp is inset about half an inch, it looks stupid and i want to fix it, is the best way to remove the bumper and adjust the screws on the lamp, or something else?

your head light probably has snapped off parts holding it on.

Agreed you probably need a new Head Light Housing altogether

Did you hit anything or do you think someone bumped into your bumper? It looks like you have some stress marks on your bumper paint, which is why I ask. If this is the case, it's possible that the lower bracket that the headlights bolt onto are bent. You can just bend it back to shape by hand, it's very thin metal. This is if your tabs are not already broken. An easy way to find out is try physically moving the highbeam. If it's loose, then your tabs are most likely broken, but if it seems to hold in place, then your bracket is most likely just bent backwards. You're going to have to remove your bumper to remedy this though.
