Hey everyone...I'm really thinking about buying some projectors and clear high beams. Does anyone have these and if so could you please post some pics. That would help me out a lot. Thanks! biggrin.gif

For anyone who actually has these....do the projector lights bright up the road good enough? They looks awesome but it looks like its being blocked from the sides and would'nt project as bright. Im really interested in getting these so if anyone can also let me know how much you got em for that would be great too. The only time i ever saw them for sale was on ebay for like 500, is that around the going price?

its going to cost you around 800 for all 4. Doesnt really go any lower than 750. I havent had them on the road yet but i cant imagine them being worse than stock heads.

drivability: == stock (as far as i know, my stock headlights were MESSED up bad...that's why i got the JDMs. smile.gif). the beam is cut backwards, as to cater to japanese driving style (driving on left hand side of road)..here is a pic to illustrate the beam's cut:
user posted image

the lights (in my case) would flicker a little, because the projector beam inside the housing would shake a little (because of the stiff ground control suspension) and RARELY i would have someone flash their high beams at me, but that just makes me flash mine at them. wink.gif.

you can feel free to check out my pictures @ http://mynzeyes.myftp.org/my%20cars/AT200/ ( /lights or /exterior will show you different pics of the headlights. smile.gif.

enjoy, and g'luck gettin these lights, they are so sweet (esp in person. wink.gif).

I would probably go with www.toyotaworld.com , its a USA business, meaning they are easier to get in contact with, and are already importing lots of japanese parts which will cut down on shipping. digital roo is based in Japan.

And Andason's comment would be the best explanation as to why he's no longer in business.

This is the reason why I didn't get in on the JDM taillight GB on Celica.net. I didn't trust his word and what ended up happening was that he would use the money that he received from parts to go out and buy more parts... which is why people didn't all receive their taillights at one time. This is poor business if you ask me. If something were to happen (i.e. tail lights go on back order or Toyota decides to stop manufacturing them), A LOT of people would have been screwed. If you're going to run a business like this, at least make sure you can get everyone's orders in on time and together.

IDK = I Don't Know...

What he means is that he doesn't think it would be a good idea to buy from him... but as stated on Roo's URL, he's no longer in business. Just go to ToyotaWorld.com.
