I want to get a scoop for my celica but not one this sits above the hood. I would like to get on that is inverted but forward facing. Anyone know what I am talking about and where to get it? You see it a lot with rally cars (turbo ones)...

these type of vents are common on MR vehicles like the MR2, NSX, Fort GT since they have plenty of room beneath the hood... that being said i don't think you will have room beneath the hood to put one of these vents in.

Well, yeah like the Ford GT 40 but turned around and located (if you are standing in front of the celica and looking down at the hood) near the left, rear (passenger side). Basically I want it to be a vent for air coming in and then pushing hot air it out on the pass-side area via hood vent.

No, not like those. That's what I mean, it is not a scoop it is an inverted forward facing "vent" that would be cut into the pass-side. I've only seen it once and it was on a 1990 eagle talon awd tsi. I thought it looked very cool and it moved air out pretty efficiently where it wouldn't fog up the windshield in front of the driver.
