Never really checked but what is the black cable for and the blue cable specifically? When I got my car used, the pointer for the fan speed is backwards. Like when the fan is off the pointer is in max speed. I need to adjust it at the same time change my bulbs. Is the bulbs removable like the gauge cluster or MUST be soldered? I do not need it LED.

where is the pointer when the fan is on if it is past max then all you need to do is pull the knob off and turn it to the right place and put it back on

I wish it were that easy but there is a half moon groove. are the cc bulbs #74 replaceable or needs to be soldered?
