Nice numbers...but really, for most "normal" people who actually drive their cars on a daily basis... it's not a very practical thing to do...although it would be nice to have...

I'm not bashing the 5S...but if you really spend the $$$ to build any motor... it can keep up to any other motor just fine...

yea, the block is really what matters in this discussion, since so many people claim it cant handle more than 6 or 7 psi

Oh no... some people just don't know what they're talking about. It's not the block that can't handle the boost. It's because of the compression. I believe it's in the 10's...but I forget. The higher compression with a turbo, especially if imporperly tuned will lead to engine failure... this happens more often with the 5sfe than the 7afe. Likewise, if you build it properly, and run low comp pistons, a 5s block can handle as much as you pay for it to handle... then againb, same goes for every motor.
