Alright, so I had the throttle body and the throttle cable bracket off the other day to swap out the wiring harness, and after I put it all back together it just doesn't look/seem right anymore. the cable looked very loose, though I didn't touch the adjustment nuts on it at all. I've taken it off plenty of times before without this issue. Anyway, when you fully open the throttle and then close it now, the cable moves to the outside of the throttle rotor instead of staying in it's track. I thought somehow the cable might've loosened or stretched or something so I tightened it up, almost as much as it'll go. It's pretty tight now but it still moves out of it's track. I noticed that the metal windings around the yellow part behind the throttle rotor are very loose, and when I open the throttle there is a lot of "in and out" play in the throttle rotor, as in, pushing it towards the back of the car, then pulling it towards the front. I can't remember if it was like that before. anyway, I'm stumped. Did I put something back together wrong or did I somehow break something (again...)

here's a couple pics.

and here's what I mean when I say it's out of it's track. this is after opening the throttle all the way, and then closing it:

looks like you didnt use the stepped bolts that hold the throttle cable bracket in the correct position.
