does anyone know if a 1jzgte engine can fit in a 1994 celica gt. i ask because the celica engine is a 2200 cc engine and the supra engine is a 2500 cc. so wouldn't it fit ? maybe it would just be tight. confused.gif

this is not thought to be a feasible engine swap becuase it is a straight 6 and the motormounts would never work, I'm not sure but it prolly just wouldn't fit at all

It may be possible to fit the engine in their but actually making it work is another thing. But anything is possible as long as you have the money to do it. You would be better off doing a 3SGTE swap, there's lots of potential and it would be a fraction of the cost.

Yes it can be done but sinc the engine is so long it wouldn't fit side ways....so you would have to make your celi rwd... no the cost and time to do that is up to you if you want to do it... but yes it can be done..... just going to take a hell of a lot of custom work.... if you do it would love to see it... good luck...

It's pretty much impossible unless you're rich man..just put it that way. And if you did you wouldn't be a smart rich person cause you can do alot better than that engine for alot cheaper.
