Here is a full list of codes and what they mean.

25 - O2 Excessive Lean Air Fuel Ratio Check o2 sensor

you have a problem with your o2 sensor, or your fuel pump. check both.
this is also the cause of your other hesitation problem.

So fuel pump is the problem I think because of the code and the loudness of it and the sound of the pump changing alot from low to loud. Also I did have the wire on my o2 sensor was cut so I must have drove with it like that for a while but I have sinced spliced the wire back to gether

Took my fuel filter off today and it was filthy dirty. I am going to drop the tank and change the fuel pump. I dont think scc that did the swap installed my walbro fuel pump cause as I am taking everything off its seems like it has not been touched since the factory . What size wrench loosens the fuel lineunder the back seat? I tried a 9/16 and 13,14,15mm and there either to big or to small what size is it?

iirc its a 17, and a 14mm you'll need for the fuel line.

use a 14mm flare wrench, the fittings are soft and will strip if your not careful.

I know I dont need to drop the tank. I pulled the pump a few minutes ago and the tank is full of trash like I thought. Thats why I am going to drop the tank so I can clean it out. The sock on the pump was clogged with rust colored gas and particles. The sock must be so clogged the pump is not sending enough gas when I am at wot thats why I the hesitation and the car breaking up. I am installing a new sock and filter tommorow after I drop the tank and clean it out. You can see all kinds of stuff on the bottom of my tank and floating around in the tank. Do you think not getting enough fuel at high boost was making me run lean and breaking up?

Cleaned the tank out this evening and got the pump back on with a new strainer. Gotta pick up the fuel filter in the morning. should be finished tommorow. Hopefully this is the problem. I bcleaned the tank and there was alot of rust floating in the gas I drained and on the rag I wiped it out with. I am waiting to fix this then I am installing my ct27. I have a exhaust manifold from xs power. I did not install it on the original swap because I was told there crap/ Does anyone think its worth putting on the chrome xs manifold header? nOr tick with the oem manifold? Will the xs power mani give me more power than the oem mani?

Gotta wait till monday the fuel filter was half way installed and it was the last thing to do before I start and test the car and the copper washers was left out the part box when I got it. so I have to wait till monday for them to get another pump and give me the washers. Tried to use the old ones but the would not seal and gas sprayed out. So I have to wait a little longer that sucks!
