Yeah they are 17's with 215/40/17 tires on them. The rims are MB Five X's.

I was trying to keep the OEM look but still make it look new and fresh.

Now all I need to do is drop it about 1.5" all around and swap out those nasty drum brakes

I love white celicas!!! I need to get some pics of my new one up. I used to have a 94 white st coupe, now I have a 97 white gt hatch. Looks like yours currently... 17" rims with no drop But I got my springs, just waiting for next weekend to put them on!
Luckily, I don't have to deal with drum brakes... instead I have to deal with my crappy door rust! lol

Anyways, nice choice in rims! Keep the mods coming
