I just ordered my GT4 hi/lo headlights what exactly is the reason for moddifying the cut off on them does anyone have a pic of them without the mod lit up against something?

i'm guessing you mean the projector headlights... since the gt4 and non-gt4's came with the same headlights....
without the mod.

because un-modded would blind people. For me I didnt bother because I don't think people notice or care enough and neither does the police.
